What is InfraBase?
InfraBase is a modern Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for IT teams. It replaces scattered Excel sheets with a searchable, audit-ready platform to track devices, rooms, access points and cables across multiple office locations.
Who is InfraBase for?
InfraBase is built for lean IT teams at fast-growing companies, typically 1–5 person IT departments managing multiple office locations across Europe.
Is InfraBase available in German?
The interface is currently in English. We plan to add German language support in a future update.
Getting Started
How do I get started?
Click “Start free trial” on infrabase.tech, enter your company name and email, and you'll be up and running in minutes. No credit card required.
Can I invite my team?
Yes, as an admin you can invite team members directly from the Admin panel. Invited users receive an email with a link to set their password and join your organization.
What happens after the free trial?
After your trial you can subscribe to one of our plans starting at €19.99/month. Your data is preserved regardless of which plan you choose.
Security & Data
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in the European Union, specifically in Frankfurt, Germany (AWS eu-central-1) via Supabase. Your data never leaves the EU.
Is my data isolated from other companies?
Yes. InfraBase uses Row Level Security (RLS) at the database level to ensure complete data isolation between organizations. Even if there were a bug in the application code, the database enforces isolation.
Is InfraBase GDPR compliant?

Billing
How much does InfraBase cost?
We offer three plans: Starter (€19.99/month, 1 office), Pro (€49.99/month, up to 5 offices), and Scale (€99.99/month, unlimited offices). All plans include a free trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing with 2 months free is coming soon.
